At Huaje Art, we handcraft and ship all orders from California, USA.
This policy applies only to customers within the United States.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 2 – 4 weeks to create before shipping.
You will receive an email update once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days

Express Shipping: 2 – 3 business days
Orders over $150 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination within the U.S.
3. Shipping Area
Huaje Art currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at huajeart@aol.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Huaje Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If your package is lost, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Local Pickup / Delivery
Customers located near Santa Ana, California may request free local pickup or local delivery.
We’ll contact you to schedule a convenient time.
